My name is Ben Donnelly, and I am the founder of Delegation Den LLC. I started out running my own landscaping company, which quickly became one of the top-rated businesses in Wesley Chapel, Florida, ranking among the top three on both Google and ChatGPT for best landscaping in the area. We have only been in business for two years, but during that time I have learned everything it takes to build a strong foundation and stay fully booked all year long.

When I first started, everything was disorganized. I used my phone calendar to remember jobs, searched through old texts for reminders, and struggled to keep track of who had paid or where each project was located. We had no professional website, no consistent leads, and no advertising. We relied only on door knocking and word of mouth. It worked for a while, but it was stressful and time-consuming.

Over time, I figured out how to streamline every part of the business. I built a complete system that brought structure, consistency, and growth. I learned how to create Facebook ads that bring in $10 leads, set up automated texts that follow up instantly, and organize clients in Jobber. I established simple bookkeeping in Xero, managed payroll through Gusto, and built a fully optimized website and Google Business profile that ranked high and brought in organic leads. Everything began to work together in one smooth operation.

Now, through Delegation Den LLC, I use what I have learned to help other landscaping companies achieve the same results. I do the work of an entire team: a marketing agency, website and SEO specialist, admin support staff, and full back office department all in one.
